CALL FOR PAPER 2025
The call for papers is open to all professors, lecturers, PhD students, educators and professionals who wish to contribute with empirical and/or theoretical research to the debate and reflection on the theme of the conference. We welcome submissions that address the following Topics/themes:
- The role of teachers and educators in the new scenarios: competencies, abilities, attitudes
- Body and mind interactions in the new educational environments
- Equity, diversity and inclusion: opportunities and risks in the new scenarios
- AI, Virtual & other Technologies in educational environments
- Pedagogical and didactic epistemology: innovative educational practices
- Psychological perspectives and interventions in educational contexts (only Poster).
Participation to the conference must be in person, presenting a speech relevant to the submitted contribution. For Topic 6, it is possible to contribute only with a poster submission.
A Scientific Committee will select the best contributions for each Conference topic/Theme. Authors are allowed to submit a maximum of two contributions.

- Accuracy of quotations and bibliography.
Submission Guidelines
The Abstract, to be written in English, must contain the following information:
-
- authors and their affiliation
-
- full title of the contribution
-
- selected Conference topic/Theme
-
- summary of the contribution (maximum 1000 characters, including spaces)
-
- list of 3 keywords that identify the theme of the contribution.
Abstracts must be submitted through the following LINK, by March 21, 2025.
Results of abstract review will be sent by March 31, 2025.
All accepted speakers are invited to submit a .pdf file with a poster of their contribution, compliant with the relevant guidelines, and send by email to the Organizational Secretariat, by April 30, 2025 attached file
All the contributions to the Conference will be collected and published as a chapter (6,000 characters) in a monographic text of a scientific series with ISBN. Also, the contributions passing a peer review process – (44,000 characters), will be published in a Special Issue in the Italian Journal of Health Education, Sports, and Inclusive Didactics.
A special prize consisting in the opportunity to publish (free of charge) in the Italian Journal of Clinical Psychology will be attributed to the most representative poster dealing to psychology in educational settings (only for Topic 6).
Texts for publication must be received by 30 April, 2025 according to the procedure that will be timely communicated. If the above is respected, publication is guaranteed by 20 June 2025
The best contributions presented during the Conference will be rewarded by the Scientific Committee with the attribution of the REN REWARDS 2025 which will be assigned during the final Symposium.
The speakers, whose abstract will be accepted for presentation in the conference’s sessions, will have to proceed with the payment of a fee of € 220,00€ (+IVA 22%) by 24 April 2025, following the procedure that will be sent by e-mail. The fee includes the following:

- Participation in one of the parallel sessions as a speaker

- Participation as a listener in all parallel sessions

- Right to participate in the awarding process of REN REWARDS 2025

- Special event and social dinner on 6 June, 2025
-
- Publication of the contribution in monographic text in a scientific series with ISBN as a chapter
-
- Publication of an article in a scientific journal classified as A:
